Irresistible Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These are the most unstoppable poppable cookies I’ve ever made—so delectable. My man absolutely loves them and—hate to rat him out—he gobbled up 9 for dessert when we brought them to his best friend Alex and Lindsey’s (Alex’s awesome wife) place for a nice dinner party. Even with the delicious two scoops of ice cream we grabbed from a local ice cream shop, we almost ate all 17 cookies! 😉 Simply irresistible

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

1 3/4 c flour

1 t baking soda

1/2 t salt

1/2 c butter,

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c light brown sugar, packed

1/2 c peanut butter, creamy or crunchy

1 egg, beaten

1 t vanilla extract

2 T milk

40 Miniature Reese’s PB Cups, unwrapped

Preheat oven to 375. Cream together butter, sugars, and PB until fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla, and milk. Sift flour, bakind soda, salt, together to add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Then roll into small balls & place in mini muffin pans. Cook for 8 mins. Then immediately press peanut butter cups into middle of cookies after removing pan from oven. Done! Makes about 38-42 deliciously rich chocolatey peanut buttery cookies!
