This weekend I went out to see my cousin’s new house in the countryside of Hominy, Oklahoma to watch others watch OSU football…

..and eat some healthy fried chicken and fried potatoes.

It was a fun evening complete with a short trip to the casino to lose only $40 in one hour to Red Hot Ruby and Zeus. No surprise;I never win. I ended up staying the night to get the full Southern comfort food experience having “Monkey Bread” for breakfast to top off the nutritious weekend.
