This is our last day amongst the San Juan Islands. We decided to take full advantage of the ferry and went to the second island of our choice, Orcas Island, but just for a day. It is very pretty, open, and natural here with some breathtaking views. 
Surprise, surprise, we decided to sample the island ice cream while waiting for our ferry back to Bellingham. This place definitely had a great view, but the ice cream didn’t even begin to compare to Sweet Peaks, once again…bummer.

the meandering mates 
The dragonfly shot is really a cool perspective. The way it caught the wings is awesome. Also the labyrinth is gorgeous. I have been around several and I have never actually taken the time to walk through one. Did you walk this one?
